The KU ISC Farewell Reception will be held for students enrolled in the 4-week program on July 23.

- Date: Thursday, July 23, 2026
- Venue: 6F, LG-POSCO Building (Please refer to the MyKU notice for directions to the venue.)
- Time:
> Session 1: 4:15 PM – 5:45 PM (up to 200 participants)
> Session 2: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (up to 200 participants) - Remarks
- Both sessions feature the same program. They are divided into two sessions simply to prevent overcrowding.
- Please note that only 200 graduation gowns and 200 sets of refreshments are available for each session.
- Professors will visit during Session 2.
- For check-in on the day of the event, please bring either your My Activity Pass or your student ID card.
[Graduation Gown Rental]
- Graduation gowns are available only to students who are enrolled exclusively in 4-week courses and complete the program on July 23 and who registered for the Farewell Reception within the application period.
- Students taking both 4-week and 6-week courses, or only 6-week course(s), will be able to rent a gown at the Graduation Ceremony on August 6.
- 4-week students who do not attend the Farewell Reception may also apply to rent a graduation gown for the Graduation Ceremony on August 6. Students who have already rented a graduation gown for the Farewell Reception will not be eligible to rent another gown for the August 6 Graduation Ceremony.
