Notice on Single Room Application Closure

1️⃣ Single rooms are fully booked — unavailable option is normal.
2️⃣ If a room opens, it will appear automatically — no reservation or waiting list.
3️⃣ Only students with official medical documentation may inquire separately.

All single room options are now fully booked.
If the single room option appears unavailable on the application page, this is correct and reflects the current status.

Single rooms are provided in limited quantity and are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
As all units have been assigned, additional allocation is not possible at this time.

If a currently assigned student cancels their application or changes their room type, any newly available single room will be released automatically and in real time through the system.

However, students who possess an official medical certificate indicating that assignment to a single room is necessary for academic participation may be considered separately. In such cases, specially designated accessible rooms may be provided.

Students under this category must contact our office and attach the relevant official medical documentation for review.
