Nominated students are required to register in the MyKU Nomination System using the Sync link provided in the initial nomination onboarding email.
Once the registration is successfully completed, a “Nomination Synced” status will appear under your dashboard profile, as shown in the reference image.
If you have been nominated by your home university but do not see this status, it means that you have not yet completed registration in the nomination system.
In this case, please locate your onboarding email and proceed with the sync process using the provided link.
Additionally, the application system and MyKU are synchronized every 3 hours.
Please note that processes such as tuition adjustments (discounts/scholarships), password resets, and post-application login access may take up to 6 hours from the time of the request to be fully reflected in the system.
Therefore, if you experience issues such as being unable to log in during the nomination sync process or not seeing your discount/scholarship applied, we kindly ask that you wait for a certain period of time and try again later.
